Hey, congratulations on being nice! “Nice” is the default operating system for human beings, however. You don’t get credit for not doing something shitty.

You don’t drink? Wow! Neither do I! Welcome to the club! Again, your not drinking is not cause for celebration and awards. It’s a personal decision. Own it and expect no parties and parades to be thrown for you.

I’m glad you’re smart. But intelligence is not an indicator of being a decent human being. There are plenty of horrible smart people.

I’m going to have to challenge you a little bit on loving everybody. It may be a noble goal, but in reality people don’t love everyone. You know who I hate? Bigots, mean people, people that treat service workers like slaves, etc. Love people worth loving.

And your relative youth isn’t indicative of anything except the fact that you’re as old as you are. Don’t be ashamed of not having achieved some ridiculous social marker that’s supposed to indicate maturity.

I don’t know why certain girls don’t like you. However, don’t lump girls, women, and feminine/female-appearing people in the category of “those that should have befriended, dated, and slept with me by now.” That’s passive, passive-aggressive, misogynistic, and definitely not nice.

This dude considered himself “the supreme gentleman” … right before he published his manifesto about hating women that wouldn’t date or sleep with him and set out to murder as many people as possible before killing himself. The simple reason women didn’t like him is because he felt entitled to and hated them.

Since you’re not going to do that, focus on being yourself, being decent, being honest, and simply let women know you’re available for dating and romance. Treat them like the fellow human beings they are and realize not all of them are going to want you. That’s their prerogative and yours.

Be worth loving, love the ones you want that love you back, and respect the ones that don’t want you.
