As a 49 year old single man, how do I get laid regularly?

1. Find a partner that wants (or partners that want) to get “laid regularly” with you.
2. Be worth not just getting laid with, but also be worth partnering with in every other aspect of adult relationships.
3. Focus on what your partner likes/partners like, but not at the expense of your own desires.

It’s really not about your age so much as it’s about your attitude and behavior.  Bigotry, selfishness, and abuse will definitely decrease your chances.
