Should you ask someone to sign a consent form prior to having intercourse just to be safe?

To me, that “solution” is tailor made for MRAs, “incels,” and various other consent-disrespecting bottom feeders.

Anything that can give rapists even more unearned social license than they already have is a staggeringly bad idea.

If you’re not planning on raping anyone, why do you need “proof” that your consensual experiences are consensual? The consensual experiences themselves are proof enough.

If you think you need a consent form to verify it to other people instead of working that out through honest discussion with your potential sexual partners, maybe you should visit your therapist’s couch before going to someone’s bedroom.
