I’m a 16-year-old girl and my mom keeps grabbing my butt all the time. It really makes me uncomfortable and I tell her to stop every time she does it but she gets all upset because “she made me” so she can do what she wants. How do I make her stop?

I don’t normally advocate any sort of physical violence.

However, since your mom is sexually assaulting you, I’m considering the following self defense.

The next time she reaches for your ass, slap her hand … hard.

Hard enough to raise a bruise.

Hard enough to draw blood.

Hard enough to require icing down and a nap.

If she asks you why you did that, ask her why she thinks the same behavior that would get a stranger arrested is tolerable because she’s a parent.

Inform her the hand slapping will be your immediate response to her ass grabbing until she stops doing it.
