I apply unique criteria to distinct circumstances and new developments (similar in nature or not).

It often feels like a dishonest ultimatum from a demanding individual.

I don’t give equal effort to situations that require specialized responses.

I know this is the common “go to” response nowadays when people accuse you of being a hypocrite.
